So far we've heard about BT and EE/Orange in the UK and Orange in France.

If someone is experiencing similar problems and is using another ISP, it would be much appreciated if we could get the following information:
- ISP name & country

Having the same stutter-stepping lag. Unplayable in dungeons and raids.
