I just called them and the guy told me exactly the same thing. All tickets will be fixed by the end of the night and they have a large number of themGUYS!

I just got off the phone with the UK support for the second time, chasing it up, and the guy told me that as far as he knows, They are currently on track to have it all resolved by the end of early access tonight, and a friend has just been told the same too.
Now, Im not sure if thats JUST the UK center or what, seeing as how they'd have significantly less to deal with than the whole of the US, but its a shred of hope at least. Thought I'd let you all know.
I called the UK call center which is in Scotland on Skype, I'm Scottish living in Australia, and got a French guy...go figure
Anyways initially he didn't really know what I was talking about, he put me on hold for 5 mins then came back and asked for my actual game code and the ticket number.
From there he could see the issue and said yeah it'll get sorted and they'll email when its done.....wasn't helped by the fact there is someone drilling in their call centre building!!
I didn't ask much more as clearly he really didn't know much about the issue, but at least I know its registered and in the system and being processed...
So fingers crossed....

I hope what you said is true cuz the UK representative told me different thing an hour ago.GUYS!

And I really dont think the UK has less to deal with than the US...seeing UK deal with everyone other than NA and JP

In any case it gave me a bit of hope. But not much.

go to http://support.eu.square-enix.com/ (or US if you're in the US), then login, then don't close the page, copy paste the same adress in the address bar, then OK, you should see your ticket on the right.

Don't worry I can't see my ticket either as the form for this incident does not require you to login before submitting.
I have called the EU support twice and both times they confirm they received the ticket
