    As far as I know only the controller cross bar is supported on PS3, not the Action bar. It was mentioned in some official info as well (can't find it now though).

    EDIT:

    Have you dissabled the Direct chat in the settings?

    * Direct chat will be enabled by default, resulting in key strokes registering in the log window automatically.
    Direct chat must be disabled in order to use commands with the keyboard.
    This setting can be changed on the General tab of the Character Configuration menu.

    Yes direct chat has been disabled. The Action Bar Shortcuts worked in phase 3 beta but in phase 4 and release they have not worked on the PlayStation 3.
