    He got it to work by spamming the next button a lot but it ended up making a new service account so his code is on the wrong account. >.<

    He will now need to lodge a support ticket to get it sorted, if he wants to continue using just one service account. Otherwise, if the other service account doesn't have CE or Pre-Order items, he could just abandon the other service account - and characters and items.

    Yeah, he made a support ticket. He doesn't want to make a new character and start over..plus he has pre-order items.

    had the happen to me on my ps3 in phase 4. How I fixed it was enabling cookies on the Internet browser of the ps3. Hope that helps.
