I envy you NA players being able to escalate via Live Chat. My only option to escalate is spending 15c a min via Skype calling the UK support line. Here's hoping they don't take long to answer!

AMAZING! Okay, I'm going to have to take back the evil things I said about them. Within two and a half hours of talking to an agent in live chat I have my registration applied to my EA account. So I guess they're starting to hit in high gear.
How are you people fucking talking to live chat? It's closed?!@ Also FUCK SE.

Wow, SERIOUSLY SE?
Don't know if they actually close it or what not but I activated it when I got home before the official close time and just refreshed the window. Put me back in a high queue so there were a lot of people still on it and in what should have been two hours after close I connected with an agent. My suggestion, if you can at least activate chat and get in a queue and it doesn't say anything about it being closed, just keep trying to get through even if official operating hours are over.
And yeah, SuB, that's pure BS. That would be a straw for me.
If you use gmail, the chat/hangout allows you to make free calls to phone numbers, unlike Skype. That said, I live in NA, and it's entirely possible that's only for NA. Might want to check it out though.
So I'm curious, if someone is using an NA server, even if they're international, why aren't they able to use the NA live chat?

Because what world you play on does not matter, what version of the game you purchase does, which ultimately dictates which support centre you have to contact
We can use it, but after waiting in the queue and even being able to reach someone and have them escalate the issue, he turned around and said "Oh, you have an EU account? Yea sorry, we aren't able to access European accounts. Please contact their live phone support."
@revial, that's interesting! I'll go check that out. EDIT: Nah, you need credit for it.Similar pricing to Skype. Hopefully if they get through to me fast like some other EU folk have tried, it won't rack up that much.

That's really annoying. Honestly, I don't see how SE could have possibly made their support system any more difficult.
