Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Have you disabled the 2nd service account that was made? You shouldnt have.. I meant leave it as it was when you put the key in.

I wish I knew that sooner and the website is currently under maintenance... how lovely. =_=

And I tried to do the Live Chat but no agent, what a surprise considering what everyone was saying, and I sent an e-mail but I have no idea when that will get through.

How many people resolved this little issue? Isn't SE working as fast as they can and to the best of their abilities? Honestly it's not just them but I feel like some workers around the world don't take their jobs seriously enough.

I hope I can get this fix soon.

I also wanted to mention - I went into the Mog Station and looked at my account - that is how I saw the fix, I wasn't sent an email or notified in anyway - I just had the Mog Station up and refreshed occasionally until I then saw the fix.

I am refreshing my MogStation page every 30 mins hoping for a miracle here.

I in no way ever called them - the problem was 100% resolved through the chat system

when you go to their support page and fill out a ticket, at the end of the ticket process it asks you how you want to contact them, email, chat, phone - I went the chat route

lol well im trying to fill in the chat form and its asking me for a playstation registration code and wont let me go any further

nvm i used 20 x os and i got to the next screen only to be told the CS are closed

why is this so stupid, i filled 3 tickets already and still im on 1 day left, imo i shouldnt have to chase them up, they should fix my account with the info i sent in 3 days ago, i guess in 24 hours we see if they want to keep many customers or not
