I'm using a controller on pc and coming from 8 years of ffxi. Is the <st> (Select Target) macro gone? While using <st> you could just use up and down on the d-pad to scroll the the party list and choose who you would like to heal. I haven't done any macro's yet but I plan on doing them soon (takes me forever). Is there a list of all the macro commands some where?
Wouldn't it be better to use "Bio" first as it's an instant cast and then use /wait .5 or /wait 1?/micon "Miasma"
/ac "Miasma" <tt>
/ac "Miasma" <t>
/wait 2
/ac "bio" <tt>
/ac "bio" <t>
If I'm not mistaken, the above would cast Miasma and Bio on my Tank's target while still keeping my Tank as my main target. If I don't have my tank as focus, it would simply cast Miasma and Bio on my enemy target. Can anyone confirm and/or improve please? Thanks in advance!

Maybe i'm mis-understanding your intention here; Can't we always use up/down d-pad to cycle through party members?
You can google AFFXIV ARR macro and find several lists online. No idea if we can post links from other website, but I find this one pretty usefull http://erals.guildwork.com/forum/thr...ith-extra-fish
You are correct about the instant cast Bio, but I prefer to have both Miasma and Bio hit at pretty much the same time. Gives the tank a bit of leeway in gathering aggro (before my pet joins in as well) and Bio has the shortest duration of all DoTs, so it seemed more efficient to me this way. I suppose it's personal preference though.
I haven't played ffxiv in probably 2 years so alot has changed. But when I hit up down it goes between me and my pet (haven't been in a party yet) I would assume it also goes through party. But let me know if i'm wrong cause i'm not sure exactly how this works yet since I haven't had to target a party member, If i'm fighting and i use heal will it give me the option to choose who to heal w/o a macro or will it just heal what i'm fighting. If that's the case (that it just heals who i'm fighting) the <st> macro in ffxi made it so /heal <st> when you click it the arrow pops up and you can just scroll up and down through party list and heal that way. Is this how heals work automatically? I plan on starting a healing class tonight so I guess i'll find out. Probably just made everything more confusing sorry
ty for the link
I have tried using th <mo> for my scholar and it it's not working at all. Am i doing something wrong.
/ac "Physick" <mo>

/mk ignore1
/ac repose <t>
/party "<t> slept. You tag it you keep it
/micon Stoneskin
/target <1>
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/target <2>
/wait 2
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/target <3>
/wait 2
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/target <4>
/wait 2
/ac Stoneskin <t>
/micon "Esuna"
/ac "Esuna" <me>
/wait 2
/ac "Regen" <me>
/micon "Fluid Aura"
/bt
/ac "Fluid Aura" <t>
/micon Repose
/bt
/ac "Fluid Aura" <t>
/wait 2
/ac "Repose" <t>
/wait 26
/echo SLEEP RUNNING OUT!!
then the usual <tt> damage spells so I don't have to lose my tank as target (or the other way round <tt> on heal spells so I don't have to lose the boss as target). Depends on the fight.
