I did not order from SE online. What is that xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx code?I agree with those who have to work all day. I am in the same boat as ya'll. The only reason I found the email that had my fix in my spam folder is because I was looking for another email for work that ended up in there as well. Funny, the emails were right next to each other.

No agents available to chat with you... after a 2 hour wait.

Ok 1 day left on my EA service account.. I'll swear not to play SE games anymore if this will not be fixed asap!!!
I waited four hours on the phone, got nothing. I've waited in the chat queue, got kicked back to the end of the line. I want to play this game, but this stuff doesn't give me a lot of confidence.
Called this afternoon at the UK support, still no fixes, let's see what happens tomorrow.
The game doesn't let you log in 90% of the time too... Deja vu?
Hard to take this company seriously. Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever encountered. They'd rather just ignore people.
I finally got through on chat and got to talk to someone, took three attempts of that no available agents crap.
Don't know if its been mentioned but she did offer me two choices: A: Is the one most people are getting/taking where they merge your accounts and they delete your second one, this can take up to two weeks. or she also offered me choice B: Where she would just give me a new pre-order code to apply to service account 2 so that I could have all my bonus items and get into the game now, however this means scrapping whatever characters you have on account 1.
I'm rather fond of my character/server so I went with the first one, but other than that it went the same as everyone else that managed to get through.
I also had ZERO luck with the phone support today, was on hold for almost 4 hours and then it just hung up on me (not sure if that was my net or on their end). Called back and stayed on hold for another two and half hours before I finally got through on chat and just hung up the phone.
Add me to the list as well.
I thought we had to register the code, so we could install the game. Damn. If I knew to wait, I would have.
Anyway, why on the support site, does it make you enter wrong email/wrong id. When I used the same account/email and just got a second service account, which I don't need?
Either way, hope I entered the info right, and they fix this. Than again, I'm not the only one, so they better do something.
