


I'm planning on asking. Here's hoping I don't get kicked from the queue - I'm #78 now.
I (want) to believe that this is false information, or that EA will just extend everyones due to prior EA issues. They are literally going to have a few thousand players unable to login due to their own incompetence come friday

Also your chat script is very confusing, the last line there he implies that you will still be able to play on your current account despite it running out of time. What?

Im not concerned about that at all, Im more concerned about the license for the game. Thats the expensive part, not the time. A few days costs pennies.
Well i just waited 1.5hrs in the live chat queue only for it to crap out when gettin to 1 just like so many others..queuing again now.. not much hope for live chat now..
After another pointless 2,5h hours in live chat , "no agent available" i clicked "respond by email" and wrote about no1 answering the tickets and chat , gave them details that were required to verify ID and will see , tho my hopes aren't that high.
lol got dropped from skype.. 4 hour time limit.. oh well, saved my sanity i guess
what time does phone/chat support open? 9 am PST? and have people had more luck with option 1 on phone instead of 2?
