    Yes you can as long as your party with him. Even if his way ahead of you once you flag up it will only show the guildhests of the lowest guildhests player.

    Now its saying he doesn't meet the requirements for the duty... Is there anyway around that? I'm a conjurer and he's a puglist

    If it is saying he does not meet the requirements for the Guildhest, it means he probably hasn't unlocked it by acquiring the quest. You may both have different Guildhests atm because you are from different cities.

    Yeah all tasks must be done by all parties in the group... Look under the help seccion and it will explain it better...
