Can anyone who gets through to support ask......what is taking so long to sort this problem out, why is it so hard to sort out...do they realise that people are ready to quit if it's not sorted...and why do people have to phone or go to live chat....why can it not be done with a ticket? Thanks![]()

Has anyone on the 310 number spoken to a representative after hitting Option 2 first (FFXIV support), and not Option 1(Square Enix support)? I'm wondering if those of us that are hitting hour 5 are in a queue that'll never be answered.
I'm starting to wonder this to because they others I'm quite sure hit 1.
