I must, however, ask you what was the purpose of filling the form, if I still have to through the Chat or Phone Support.
Is this particular to my case or to all in a similar situation? If it applies to all cases, then I advise you to send an automatic response to all that filled this form stating it so.
May I also ask why isn't an automatic procedure in place to correct this situation? The same happened during the launch of FFXIV V1.0. To resolve the situation, we filled a form with our original code in the Support website and another was generated for us.
There are many people in this situation. If you are going to resolve this case by case, this problem will persist far beyond Early Access. Please take this into consideration and extend the early access period or find an automatic manner to resolve this situation.
If possible, please forward this e-mail to your superior.
