Is it just me or are some Archer abilities still broken?

Not just skills, but I also feel Archer range is broken, which may be part of that Farshot broken link above, but half the time I feel like I have to stand right next to my target to hit it. SE's image showing off the ranges of the class shows us at about twice the distance as the Thaumaturge, yet I find myself having to stand right next to all the mages.

Also the "Target is too far above you." error I get constantly, even when the height difference looks tiny. Archers should be able to aim up. Where is the arc in Archery?

I could've sworn that "Your taget is too far above/below you" became more of an issue after November patch. I used to be able to attack from higher up, but it might just be me, since this experience applies to Nine Ivies Efts and a few leve monsters.

As far as I know, the only easily measurable ability that is broken from its intended purpose is Farshot, its supposed to increase attack at certain distances and all it does right now is detract. I haven't had any problems otherwise.
