Is it just me or are some Archer abilities still broken?

I could've sworn that "Your taget is too far above/below you" became more of an issue after November patch. I used to be able to attack from higher up, but it might just be me, since this experience applies to Nine Ivies Efts and a few leve monsters.

As far as I know, the only easily measurable ability that is broken from its intended purpose is Farshot, its supposed to increase attack at certain distances and all it does right now is detract. I haven't had any problems otherwise.

Actually the skill should decrease attack(yeah, it works) and increase range(which is plain broken).

Except for the fact you totally forgot when Bloodletter debuff falls off it does 500 damage?

Actually, miou is quite right.
Unfortunately it's GODDAMN HARD to hit a Bloodletter debuff on a NM. (on minions is quite easy though).
Our job @ NMs is pretty much DPS/Incapacitation. Bloodletter is pretty good though.
The skill only shows it's full potential on R60+ Raptors, Drakes and other Tough targets, since you hit the skill, the DoT and the final blow. Even without the debuff, bloodletter does almost about the same damage as foeseeker, being these two the strongest single-hit weaponskills we have at the moment.

500 dmg on the mamouth free NM Oo? I don't have dmg in chat log ,so it's hard to focus on his real dmg and on strategies at same time . BTW the NM mamouth hit me archer 50 for 9999 dmg in rage mode ^^ . Next time i'll try to focus on bloodletter real dmg .

Well yeah, I managed to hit the debuff on the Buffalo just ONCE, and yeah, it does the 500 fixed damage as any normal mob.
But you should focus on incapacitate Horns, Bloodletter on the right, Twisting Vice on the left..and then the legs with Skewer II.
Believe me, it's very very stupidly hard to hit Bloodletter debuff on NMs, just use to incapacitate or to finish off minions.

I feel the same way, I should be able to shoot up. I can miss the shot for all I care just let me claim the mob, instead of moving another few feet to try again.
