I'd say you have pretty good luck yourself. Normally, I get to position 1 and then have the chat canceled on me.

Well pretty sure chat isn't working the way it should.. I had to refresh the original chat page about 15 times before I could see the chat button. When I got in I was number 3 in queue..which I found really odd.. took about 10 minutes to get to number 1. Been there ever since lol. It also says the average wait is about 5 minutes now

Weird.. I don't even get the you should be connected message.. lol " You are currently number 1 in the queue. The average amount of time a customer has to wait is 05:39. "


I'll just assume my position isn't number 1.. it's something random

Once I hit number 1 in the queue it cancelled on me.

What kind of terrible support is this? Why is there a queue in place if once you reach the end of the queue they claim there is no one available to assist?

I had good luck with chat. Got to Pos 1 and was in touch with a rep in like 5 min. I think I spent a total of 3 hours in queue.
