well it came in the mail, so there is hope for u guys , i do agree this could of been handled alot better. anyways lets hope the code addeds my time to it and collectors ps3 items. will see

You can reach them thru 800 598-7450I don't think SE support will have any help on that...I also opened one a couple of weeks back for my pre-order, and they just closed it - because of other priority issues (error 90000, etc...).
