Yeah I did 2 then 1 and I called at 9 PST still on hold 2 hours & 18 mins and counting.
So as a person who filed a ticket then contacted them over live chat, it has been fixed for me. Though I'm confused because I still have a service account 2 with a copy under it... but whatever!
How did you get to live chat?
When i go to contact us on the support site then choose from the drop down boxes all i can get is email support?
Yeah I called early and got through. I'm actually on with someone from Live Chat at the moment. I'll let you guys know if they are able to resolve the issue for me.
jeeez i've got a long time then :s 5+ hours maybe
