I had a customer service person tell me to check my spam folder. My CE email was in my spam folder. It has a second code on it to use. Apparently the first code they sent me was for early access only. Once I entered the code from the email in the spam folder, everything else fell into place. I was able to set up the subscription. Then I relogged on the game and poof, moogle has a special delivery for me and I can ride my Coeurl in style.

Well for me it's exactly the opposite, i'm 1.0 legacy player with collectors edition but I haven't received the Moogle Hat and Cait Sith Minion, but I do received the bahamut minion, coeurl mount,helm of light and the bahamut mount for your chocobo

Just a heads-up, Chichong, the hat and minion are pre-order items for those that pre-ordered 2.0. Returning 1.0 players don't get those automatically. You would have needed to pre-order a copy of 2.0.
So you've received everything officially due to you.

So i need to sub forst before i can get my bonus items? And i have box version of CE.

I couldnt sub until I had the CE version listed as a platform in my account. I had to get the CE version code from the email that accidentally went to the spam folder. Once that code was entered on the account, it allowed me to set up a subscription. Then I had to relog in the game to get the items delivered to me in game.

I am having huge issues registering my physical PC collectors edition as well. I have a 1.0 account. I have set up 90 days of subscription time. I registered the code on the Product Registration Card to my account. Yet I can not find anywhere to add my CE registration code. I have been told to click the "add platform" button but all that does is tells me to purchase a PS3 account and gives me a "BACK" button to click.

Sitting in queue for live chat for over an hour now... Started at 181 and am now 126.

This is so extremely frustrating.

I also bought a digital version of the ce, but I have not received any emails with a new code. I have checked my spam folder. So, is it recommended that I attempt to contact customer service??

I am not happy about the possibility of being locked out of the game in 2 days....

You need the CE code, not the pre order code. If you purchased from SE they sent you a new code yesterday.
