Purchased Collector's Edition but...

I purchased the collector's edition. I received ingame the Sith pet and the Moogle cap, but have not received my Coeurl mount and other items. I have seen numerous people riding Coeurls so I know they are being sent out. Why weren't my items all sent at the same time?

I specifically bought the CE version because of the mount only. I don't like riding ingame on a big chicken. Yes, I still have my receipt. Yes, I bought it directly from the Square Enix shop and not an independent dealer.

You have to go into the Mog Station https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...vc/mogstation/ and register your CE code. I had the same issue until I registered the code I received yesterday.

Well for me it's exactly the opposite, i'm 1.0 legacy player with collectors edition but I haven't received the Moogle Hat and Cait Sith Minion, but I do received the bahamut minion, coeurl mount,helm of light and the bahamut mount for your chocobo

how do u register the CE code on the mog station site?

It says my code is already registered. I double checked my receipt. My receipt clearly shows I payed for the Collector's Edition version with the mount.

Also, where do I select the subscription for the account. I have clicked on every link in my account to try to select a subscription but can not find one. I did find the purchase crysta and did that to try to use crysta to pay for the subscription but still can not find where to make it use that now. Ugggg....frustrating.

No awesome looking coeurl mount....gotta ride a silly chicken....game will lock me out in 2 more days even though I put 10k crysta on the account....very irritating.

Try getting your code, entering it, only to have it tell you it is an invalid code. Two full days of attempting to contact support have proven useless. Only time they even acknowledged me was when i sent a rage email after being "hung up" on three times when i finally got to number 1 in chat support. Phones are always busy, email takes weeks to be answered. No one seems to have any solutions for my issue and my "free trial period" ends in two days. I cannot even set up a subscription plan. I wonder if I should just take the 15 min drive to Los Angeles and go to the offices directly lol

How did you do this? I have same problem. I registered my code, and its says that i have standard edition with only cat and hat. WWhat i need to do to get my items?

Those items are Pre-order only, not Collectors edition
