The N.A. Phone number is getting the fast busy disconnected tone. It doesn't work. Anybody have another number for them?
Also I have yet to find this elusive live chat for the N.A.
Is she serious? Like I have no work and sit at home spamming phone call? Each phone call is like 5 minutes call. 5 minutes can be used to answer 25 emails already.I just got off the phone with them right now (was on hold for about an hr). The lady I spoke with basically said that it is a two step process t get it fixed. You must submit the ticket in the format specific to this then you HAVE TO CONTACT THEM. I don't know why we have to be the ones to reach out to them but that is what she said. She told me that by me calling in I was doing exactly what was needed to get the issue resolved. She could not provide a ETA on when my account would be fixed, but she assured me that I would have everything on their as if I had put the code in correctly the first time (so that means we do get our 30 days). To all those international players who are worried about the calling costs my only suggestion would be to make the call over the internet using something like Skype or goggle phone. I hope this helps some of my fellow players out that are in this really cruddy situation.
Clearly you missed what I said EA ends in two days. That means if they don't fix it in two days you won't be able to play on the character you been leveling on. As well any extra time it takes past EA means you will be lossing your paid game time.
Just got off the call with them. They immediately knew what the issue was and added me to the expedited queue. I told her about this forum and how people were unsure on if they needed to call or not and the lady said calling bypasses certain account restraints, as in for some reason they feel like its safer and quicker to ask someone questions about their account via phone to verify they are the owner.
I also had told her about people that had previously called claiming it had taken around 6-8 hours to fix. She said it will probably take much longer now and that the queue has risen very heavily.
She also said to me that any character progression done on the second service account will get removed. They aren't going to merge the accounts they are going to completely remove the second one and add the cdkey to the correct account.
I suggest everyone call as quickly as possible.

I'm starting to get a little worried here. The toon I've been leveling is on my EA account with 2 days left, and I haven't seen any posts of people's issues being resolved. Gonna start getting real antsy tomorrow...

As I had written previously, the lady I talked to claimed calling bypasses certain account restrictions (easier to verify ownership I guess). I would 100% call if you were on the fence about it. I have not seen one person in this thread respond back saying their issue was fixed just by the email.
