    I guess I'm on hold? I called them, pressed 1, and now it keeps ringing and then says, all agents are currently assisting customers we will be assisting you in which the order your call is received. No hold music or anything, just ringing and the say sentence over and over.

    Does your call just ring over and over? Mine rings then I get a canned message thanking me for my patience then it rings more....rinse and repeat.
