I want to resend a ticket, and since chat support is no aviable and i just can`t call them (i live in Chile, the hell im able to call them) i will need to register a whole new ticket and hope for the best...

Yeah I started calling right at 9 am PST and I was immediately on hold after I finished the main menu prompts. Do they only have one guy taking calls?!

I guess I'm on hold? I called them, pressed 1, and now it keeps ringing and then says, all agents are currently assisting customers we will be assisting you in which the order your call is received. No hold music or anything, just ringing and the say sentence over and over.

Does your call just ring over and over? Mine rings then I get a canned message thanking me for my patience then it rings more....rinse and repeat.
