I have the same issue.
"No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: ARR"
On PS3. Just bought the game on PS3, though I already own the game on PC (original Collectors from 1.0), and that works fine.
Just spoke with Support.
They say they know of the issue, but there is no solutions as of now.![]()
Just spoke with them again.
They said that they know of the problem, but cannot do anything right now. They forward the support ticket to "people higher up".
I would advice that you take contact to the live chat or make a support ticket asap.
Its not like we'll be able to play the game really as most servers are filling up and we cant buy it digitally so we might as well wait it out
this is a "Known Issue" yet no one has offically said a thing about it the general lack of communication is driving me crazy
