    I have been able to get in each day and play for hours at a time. If your persistent in trying its really not that hard to get in and im on Balmung which is pretty high pop. It does blow and i wish everyone could get in the first try but its just taking time. They are upgrading both sides of the servers so im sure with in this next week we will see new servers and free transfers.

    I think the key word in OP's post is that he was "a little patient." You gotta relax and have more patience. You can't expect a MMO of this stature to have such a smooth launch.

    I agree, it sucks not being able to get in. It is what it is though. This is the situation theyre in, and they'll probably lose some subs because of it. Ranting and whining wont make the solution go by any faster.

    They can either spend time writing, testing, and implementing a feature (afk timer) that is a solution to a temporary problem (reduced max players for servers & reduced queue size) or they can spend time fixing the actual problem. I'd prefer the latter.

    I understand that it can happen in a launch week like this but I have to agree with OP, SE did a very poor job with customer service (at least on the English side) they barely reply to any thread on the English forums and the contact center required 48 hours to reply your questions. what a joke.

    SE's customer services need to be improve ASAP.

    I, as many others, have alot of patience. But after neearly a week of live service....
    Getting the game started. going to log in screen first time...cant open JP data center (yes i rerolled my chars on a JP server)
    2nd time today starting up, the useal come back later message..
    30 min later, lobby server lost connection
    another 30 min later, getting into a queu with 10 people! /joy ..... only to get the world is full error ever since
    All in all allready 3 hours wasted.

    I have now 5 characters..on 5 different servers...i am getting tired now i think.
    Yes we shall get MAYBE more servers next week, but by then it might be to late.
    Yes things will settle down, but in this case that only means thousands of people stopped beeing patient, which is a shame given the huge success this game could have been.

    I normaly dont come to forums as can been seen by my post count^^ but really now, today beats the last week^^
    /and yes, rant off

    I just gave up on it, I can only sit there for so long, so now I found out that if you try log in before 5 pm GMT you will get in but between 6 pm - 10 pm you have no chance of getting in, so try again after also don't log-out once you are in.

    I will be honest. I've gotten frustrated a few times when all of my friends were on and playing, and I got 9000'd off. It's always when you are right about to do something awesome, it seems. I just don't like the fact that all my friends can't be on constantly together. We all have to battle through the 1017 gauntlet, applying what we think will work best, lol. I know eventually the servers will be fine, it's just frustrating,

    Your analogy doesn't quite make sense in this situation. For all intents and purposes you do not "own" the game, you are leasing a copy of the game. Not only that, you agreed to a ToS by installing the game that states your ability to play the game may be disrupted at any time without warning. I understand your frustration at paying for something and not being able to use it whenever you want but that's the way things are. A lot of us are here in the same situation with you, but if that is a deal breaker for you I would suggest you not purchase MMOs in the future.
