Certain abilities should be off the GCD

Specifically things like Shield Swipe and Haymaker. Due to the long GCD, sometimes these are already unable if you catch them too late, or you might end up dropping your combo.

The only downside I see to them being off the GCD is people might macro them with other abilities, but even then that might be better than it is now. None of this might even matter at 50, but its just something that has annoyed me.

Ya thanks to the ridiculously long GCD I almost never use shield bash. Something like that should 100% be off the GCD and have a CD of its own added to it. Of course these problems in general could be solved if the damn GCD wasn't so fucking long. I love everything about this game so far except how ridiculously long the GCD is...I'm almost tempted to switch to thm and make a BLM just so I don't have to stare at my character doing nothing for 2.5s since the cast time takes up the entire GCD.
