    Long story short. Square sent you another email with a digital rights registration code. It is in your spam folder -_-... Take that code and put it in the mogstation under add new platform and you will be fixed.
    I didn't need an email from SE as I pre-ordered through amazon. Game came not long after I previously posted and I have had no problem with registering my codes. I now have 32 days left in my sub
