Regarding Preparations to Increase the Capacity of our Data Centers

I am sorry you can say thank you all you want but the truth of the matter is someone SHOULD lose their job, because the performance over the past few days HAS been abysmal at best: and quite honestly there are two VERY basic codings that could have been done that would have prevented a LOT of the problems peopel have been having:

1) Unlimited queue if your number 9 million in queue so be it it feels better to be in queue than it does to be flat out turned away saying hah screw you servers are full come back some other time.
2) an idle timeout timer, if someone goes idle for 30 minutes or more then FORCE LOG THEM OUT, this would have helped prevent the server full situation in the first place.

BOTH of these codes are very basic and very simple to do and NO video game should be without them especially in this day and age.

P.S also this limiting our posting ability to 3 posts per day feels extremely disrespectful and its basically another slap in the face

As mentioned in the previous announcement that this clarification refers to, this process is looking to be finalized come early next week and we will keep you updated once we hear more about its implementation. Thank you very much for your patience while attempting to login to the game.
