Im sorry to tell you this, but they probably won't refund you. Same as Steam won't refund you buying a game on there. Everything will work itself out in the week, as it does with every mmo...
I called Amazon and they said they won't refund either.
I got an email saying it would take up to two business days so maybe it will be fixed soon? If not I guess we have to suffer![]()

The 2 days thing is just an automated message, i dont think that holds any bearing on the time it will be fixed. It was probably what they have had their message set to for years as it was achievable. Now that theyre flooded who knows. Hopefully they implement some kind of automated fix for everyone like some suggestions here.
What really has me worried is that not a single person has had the issue fixed and more time is being wasted. Really hoping for an automated solution for all and that everyone doesnt have to wait for their individual tickets to be processed by some person. God knows how long that would take. Especially considering how they seem to not even want to look at tickets that "werent sent correctly".
I'd hate to say it, but blizzard would never let this happen without at the minimum some kind of acknowledgement of the issue.

Earlier today I posted that I talked to someone on the phone about this problem, with ticket escalating and all.
Just want to give everyone hope and faith, the error that I made adding another service, was fixed and the 30 day was switched to my EA account.
A1. Yes they moved the FULL 30 day free trial over to the account.
A2. I made a ticket with that support site.
A3. I also called the support. (NA Region) ~3 hours on the line, totally worth it.
A4. Totally trusted the dude, told him I would put word out.
A5. He said to check the account, hourly / daily. ( log out and in ).
Ding-ed 50 Tonight.

I'm glad they fixed you up, but you had priority because you actually got on the line with them where as many others just get hung up or disconnected on... They could easily just post an announcement and tell people they'll be fixing it rather than leaving them to assume, guess, or become frightened.
