    Being standard with 15 days free means you have a standard 1.0 account.

    You cannot use the provided code to get the CE items unfortunately, I have started a thread about this issue asking that we be able to use our registration in the digital account upgrade service to compensate this issue.

    You can add you voice!

    The only way for you to get those items now is to pay an extra 20$ with the digital upgrade service or get the PS3 version where you can link your 1.0 account through it.

    Hopefully SE see's this. I have contacted support but I haven't heard back and it's 3AM here on the east coast.
