World transfers: When will it happen and can it be from EU to NA?

Just as topic says, when world transfers happen, will players be able to switch from EU to NA or vice versa? Also, will there be a fee included to this first transfer? If so, thank you for the game; you can keep my money of which paid for this headache.

I think at this point they SHOULD allow some finite number of *free* transfers. Given their questionable grasp that people who know each other like to play together, I'm not putting a lot of hope on that notion.

The EU and NA servers are all hosted in the same place (Canada) so latency wise they won't make any difference to you. Sorry if you knew that though and wanted to switch for another reason.

It's probably more of an issue for most people that they know someone on their region's servers. I end up playing on an MMO's EU or SEA servers because I work at night a lot but this time I actually know some folks on the NA servers (I was lucky enough to slip a few characters in on the one they're on one late night).
