    I have a question regarding this matter. I'm a legacy Collector's Edition player and I pre-ordered the ARR Collector's Edition through Square-Enix's online store which I've already received. The problem is, I never go the code to redeem for the Mog Cap for pre-ordering the new version. Does that mean that the pre-order bonus is attached to the new ARR Collector's Edition that I purchased? If so how can redeem it to my legacy account so that I don't have 2 ARR accounts showing up?

    I got the CE stuff on my joint PS3/PC account when I registered PS3 CE, but so far I have not been able to get anything.

    Same issues with mogstation as others have had. Any and all codes i enter are invalid. PC platform CE digital dl from SE store. My codes were mailed, but when i input them, they say invalid. Still saying standard edition with 3 days left to play. It finally registered my character today, but I still have just my EA items. I bought CE because of the fun in game goodies, if i had known it was going to be such a clusterf*** I would have saved myself some $ and just got the basic edition. Support is no help, got 3 different chat sessions cancelled before anyone connected. ( of course after waiting patiently for 3 hours) I really hope this is just a minor glitch and they fix it soon. Glad to see PS3 players are finally being able to register codes now though

    It's all shiny and pretty and wonderful. Spend a good half hour art nerding over the book and cards and box. Apply my register code. All is well. Go to watch the dvd...computer won't read it. Panic, think my dvd reader is dead, restart pc like 4 times and stick it back in...nada. Stick the music cd in...it plays. And then I notice it. "bluray disk." Tears were shed, I have to buy a bluray player now.
    But besides that, enjoying the game, regardless of errors which seem to be settling down now.
    Was gonna watch the bluray during mait but seems now I...get to listen to the soundtrack. or youtube. or be bored and do random photoshop edits.

    (she's sitting just like I am...waiting for mait to end. or go to bed.)

    Same problem here. I spent 6 hours on hold today trying to get in contact with SE with no luck. Trying again tomorrow in hopes that it works, and hoping that they get this stuff sorted out soon.

    How do you get in touch with somebody directly? All I've been able to do is sent written messages in the support center through mog station. I haven't got any reply yet.
