

I got all BI but how do I use the behemoth gear for my chocobo. It suddenly dissapears after I click to use it o.o
:s I try this and it just tells me my order number doesn't exist, am I doing something wrong or am I screwed... I got the early access code fine, just nothing is cooperating with the rest.To Those who have Not Received a FFXI:ARR CE Key, but do have a EA key.
1. Go to ww.findmyorder.com
2. Enter your order # sent to you in an email when you first Preordered FFXIV through Squares website
3. Scroll down the Page and you should see this comment
4. Scroll back up the page and you will see a list
5. Serial Number is your key to activate your FFXIV:ARR CE
6. Now go to Mogstation
7. Click on Account Services "Add Windows"
8. Enter in the Serial Number
10. After completion you should see something like "FFXIV: ARR CE 30 days sub, and list the items" and your done

I'm curious if anyone can answer this question:
SE clearly stated a long time ago in an FAQ that PS3 collector's editions would receive separate codes for CE goods and the PS3 registration, I specifically ordered the PS3 CE so that I could use the PS3 code on my Legacy CE account, and I could give my girlfriend the CE codes to put on her account, since I already have them. It seems like this was false advertising, I only have one key in my box. Can anyone confirm if it is possible to register the PS3 version and CE bonus items separately, or am I screwed?
I have to admit--I got my hopes up with this message that legacy players (part of the "all players" above) might also get the pre-order items. After all, we had no reason to pre-order other than these items. Is there are reason why we didn't get them?Greetings!

Also I have a question to those who ordered FFXIV: ARR in the Square Enix EU shop.. When you received a Confirmation of your Pre-Order of the game did your receipt look like this? I'm just asking because when I was looking at the "Order#" I'm confuse as to what they mean by it and confuse because I swear that it doesn't look like an Order #.

I'm aa bit concerned about my collector's items. I bought the digital version, got charged 49.99, but mog station shows I have the standard edition. Also I got two emails to activate my items... except I'm in NA and the codes are for EU players. I found my original order like suggested a few pages ago, but there's nowhere in mog station where i can enter it. I tried new platform but it says the code is invalid.
I know it's been chaotic this week, but I feel I've been ripped off. When can I expect to either get my items in-game, or have the access in mog station to redeem the code?

They gave me my EA code one day after it started, I took it and ran with it, got locked out from my friends and I understood it, but receiving my CE code just few minutes ago and its stating that its not valid is too MUCH. Seriously Square Enix, what is this mess? Freaking disappointed.... handle yourself...

I'm also a bit annoyed. I pre-ordered the CE of ARR thinking I could use the code it came with to add the in-game items to my V0.1 character. Looks like the only way to do this is to do a digital upgrade. No bonus item codes in the box, just a reg code and a square enix reg code (with website addresses that don't work).
I didn't read anywhere that this was the case when the pre-order site went live. And it still doesn't mention it. (it does mention the upgrade-but not in detail for legacy players).
Feeling a bit robbed to be fair.
I can't get the items without staring another service account. No way am I starting a new character, put too much into my old one >.<
I hope they make it so we can use our codes on our legacy characters, don't want to spend more money than I have too.
Got a nice shiny box tho....and a fancy art book...............just no in game items.
