OCZ stealthXtreme2 700w PSU, GTX 460, 4 case fans ( lower power ) phenom ii x4 850, DVD drive, 8gb ram, and a 1TB HDD 7200
Edit: I've kept a close monitor on my voltages and they remain constant and are staying at optimal level, so while I can't truly rule out my PSU as a problem OCCT should have found it if it was.
Go to bestbuy and get a new one and try it out. Why in the world would you buy all of that because you don't know the problem. If it happens with the new PSU, return it. If you want a new self built PC let me know and I can give you some advice with a budget.
Edit:
With the budget I can help you build a computer you can max everything for atleast a year or 2 from parts on amazon cheaply.
I bought all that before I had FF 14 as I was upgrading anyway and never had an issue until I started playing this. I build computers myself, troubleshooting however is a nightmare for me as I get increasingly frustrated when the problem isn't an obvious 1 lmao!!
