1.0 CE/Legacy Member with No CE showing on Mogstation

Posting this for my husband in hopes maybe some others are having this issue. My husband and I both bought 1.0 CEs and registered them both etc... so when I received my in game 2.0 CE items and he didn't I got worried. I found the Mogstation website and found that it told me on there that I had the 1.0 CE and legacy status. So I told him to log in and see what it said. It tells him he is a legacy member but no CE and asks him to purchase it. I have the CE boxes still.... Anyone else having this issue?

just be glad you can log in im a 1.0 ce owner and mogstation wants me to buy the game again.....

My boyfriend and I are having the exact same issue. We both have 1.0 CE and on the mogstation it says I am CE & he is Standard. I got the CE items yesterday and he has yet to receive his. I've sent a ticket & tried using chat today. I was in the chat queue for 2 hours and when it came to be my turn it said 'Status - Canceled' so I sent another email. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. There are a lot more people having the same issues.

Same situation here. I am in the chat queue now for about an hour and half. Gone down about 200 spots and the remaining time keeps reaching 0 but then going back up xD
