    Honestly, I dont want the server to restart if I am playing. I would like to see an emergency world transfer service to load balance congested servers. If this idea is floating around somewhere, someone bump it.

    While free world transfers are a good idea, there's presently not really anywhere to go to other than a JP world. More NA servers are necessary. Every single NA server is busting at the seams. Get a couple more worlds in there and offer free transfers to them, I'm sure more than a few people will happily transfer off the congested worlds.
