I am actually in the same boat. The money's available and awaiting collection in my account, but they have yet to do so. They have, however, given me my code information.

They placeholder charged me when I made the preorder, but they have since removed it and I see no evidence of a true permanent charge on my statement. I personally was going to wait a tad to see if it sorts itself out, and contact customer support if I do not have a charge by tomorrow. I believe they are still in the process of giving out codes and services after all.

I recommend doing the same. I am absolutely sure they do not intend to give away the game for free (assuming you are a new). And well, you do not want them coming after you later saying you did not or opted from payment.
