What happens if the PS3 Collectors randomly creates itself a third account? Instead of applying to the main legacy character? For no reason that I can understand? >_<.
Got code, applied code, got the second vanity item code for the ps store and then wham....nothing in the moogle mail despite it supposedly being account wide.
Has anyone else had these issues? Anyone with advice?

Anyone can clarification for me, I did PRE-ORDER FFXIV on PSN store and I have not get any of CODE via EMAIL or in Playstation MESSAGE. Should I report here or report to Sony Store that I have not get any code? Or I had to wait until TOMORROW?

Hi Nekro, yoshi, can you tell me exactly how to do this? i tried logging in and out, exiting the whole game many times, but it did not ask we which account i want my CE... im playing in ps3. T.TI can now confirm this to be true...log out of game completely and log back in. It will ask which account, choose one with your character and you will get 4 letters in moogle!!!! Afterwards go to square account management and delete duplicate account. Ty Yoshi, you're the man

I have a question maybe Bayhone or someone else can answer. I have three Collectors Edition copies of the game. All of which I bought in at a retailer meaning that my codes were in the box and in physical form on a sheet of paper. However, each time and place I've tried to enter them (Playstation Store, XMB crossbar redeem codes areas, and Moogle Net which turns out to not support PS3 account management anyways) I keep getting the same error message "Invalid code please make sure you typed it in correctly" or something to the equivalent of that. I know I'm not the only person with this problem and I would love to at least have some sort of instructions on what to do or if it is being fixed. I am posting here because I wonder if maybe it has something to do with PSN just not giving anyone the items wether or not they have a physical code or are still waiting to get one on their XMB crossbar.
I was able to register my product by going to member.square-enix.com/na/ but that only registers that I have it and has almost no effect on my mood because unless I'm just being silly here it has no effect on me getting my in game items and does only mean that my product code SHOULD work. Please pretty pretty please help! /sulk
