i refuse to give them more money, ive been giving SE money for years, least they can do is treat thier customers right by fixing problems that are thier fault, not the buyers.
how hard would it be to just upgrade my account for me and give me everything i purchased in return for me giving them the code in the box so they can confirm it and make it invalid?

2. I bought Realm Reborn Pre-Order CE b/c they shafted non Legacy 1.0 members and I wanted Early Access/pre-order items

So I'm in the same boat. I have a 1.0 account and thought pre-ordering the CE digital download would get me the items and play time, but according to this thread it won't. I have tried entering the code but it says it's invalid.

So my question is: Can I use this code to add a PS3 platform, get the playtime and items, and have it accessible on my character and account through the PC?
