Open: defiance, foresight and thrill of battle. Reuse later two as they become available.
Basic rotation: heavy swing, maim, storm's path
If full life: heavy swing, skull sunder, butcher's block
Keep dotted with fracture
Five stacks of wrath: use inner beast
Heals as needed: second wind, featherfoot, bloodbath

Phase 1: Build wrath stacks on adds
Phase 2 (CG): Key here is to dodge every attack and follow rotations. Make sure you've zoomed out your character into a distant third-person view so you can see what type of attack he's about to use (noticed line attack, cone, and small AOE).
Phase 3 and 4: When you get him down a bit (2/3rds life and 1/3rd or so) event mobs will pop. They will be easy to see on your minimap. Each one will have a chance to heal or hurt you as you trigger it. After each wave of these you should be fully healed, however, so don't worry about the occasional ones that can damage you.
