Too little too late. My friends that cant play with me are already getting refunds, and I am about to follow suit. SE has really dropped the ball on this one.

Getting a refund the day of the official launch, I hue'd. I could name several other online games that have had just as bad if not worse games on launch day. Be REALLY need to be more patient when it comes to online games.

V2 was supposed to be a better, more thought out launch/redo of the failures of v1.

But most of my friends can't log in during there free time, or even create characters. my guild that plays almost ALL mmos together...are already decided what else to play. Most of them dont want to bother with this.

Bugs are one thing, but not being able to play or even wait in a qeue is just bad for business. No one wants to click over and over and over again in hopes they might be able to play. its more tedious then actual work...just to sign in!

personally...i think the game is fantastic! i fricking love it! but i agree with them. Not being able to play is a huge turn off for everyone. and to be frank...if my friends leave...so will i. SE has till the weekend before i'm done.

Patient is one thing. I'm ok with bugs and delays. But having ZERO chance to play unless i spam the char selection screen and pray i get lucky...is unacceptable. If i at least had a Qeue system back...i'd be happy to wait for hours if i could at least make progress and see where i was in line and didnt have to click a million times for the CHANCE of logging in.

That is a huge failure....end of story

the Game is a huge success access is the challenge. We need to be patient, It bears repeating as often as necessary. Things do not come immediately or happen as fast as we may wish. It is an important lesson in life as well as with this game. I am sorry if people are so impatient that they leave before they can enjoy things..but that is their choice and it looks like plenty of others who DO have patience will replace them. It is your choice.

I really like the game, and want to continue to play it, but if all my friends have already gotten refunds, and refuse to play, than what reason should I stick around for. My friends and I play all MMO's together, we do not play them as a single player game. I want to continue on, but they are already off looking for something else after having gotten a refund already. I stuck with this thru the betas, and early access bs, and this is still going on. I can with no confidence say that these issues will be fixed in a timely manner.

My husband and I preordered 1.0. we've been waiting long enough.
Opening more servers would alleviate issues if we could move characters to them. This is what open beta was for and it showed the servers couldn't handle the load. A week later Early Access proves it. They could have had alot of servers up by then and even a new legacy one to move 1.0 characters around to play with new folks as well.
They should be booting idle characters and make a queue.
