Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I'm honestly surprised no one from SE has responded to this thread yet. They could at least say something like "We apologize that this happened and we are trying our best to fix the situation as soon as possible.", but no we get nothing. It's like they don't even care. How many people do you think will just cancel and not want to play if this isn't handled properly. On top of all the issues that we've had to deal with this might just be the last straw for some.

Did they remove the option to create a new ticket for this specific issue? i can't seem to find it anymore

I have been calling their US support line since 10:30 CST AM, they open at 11AM, upon calling at 11AM, RIGHT at 11AM the phone line is busy and has stayed busy for the past 14 minutes now. This is REDICULOUS!

I also was confused about where to pop in my CE code.

So I hit "Add New Service" thinking it was more like "add a new code to your account"
but instead it just made a second account. Uggghhh I am kicking myself right now.

The same happened to me! I'm so pissed right now.
Entering the MogStation for the first time showed me http://i.imgur.com/4WWt8W8.png?1 but after going through exactly what you went through I then landed on http://i.imgur.com/qlodYRE.png?1 with the button I was expecting at first...

This is just unbelievable...every 30 minutes or so,a new mog station victim appears, lol.

You have to wait for them to e-mail you, theres nothing you can do with the ticket number.
