Finally was able to post my ticket, but good luck having it looked at in the foreseeable future. I'm sure that they are swamped with this issue, on top of everything else with NA servers and whatnot.
And by the way, why they even did that? Who's going to use more then one service account anyway?
I just want to know if i can keep leveling my EA character, or i'll have to level a new one on the 2nd service acccount, i don't mind paying for another 30d. JUST WANNA PLAY '-'
That's what everyone is looking for. I mean they should say something to calm us down a little bit...
Hope they get this sorted out quickly. With all the problems the NA/EU customers have been having in game this is just the icing on the cake.
I also was confused about where to pop in my CE code.
So I hit "Add New Service" thinking it was more like "add a new code to your account"
but instead it just made a second account. Uggghhh I am kicking myself right now.
I filled out the ticket form for this.. but the agreement says this could take 2 weeks to get done and my main character's account only has 3 days left..
