Found Ziggy in Nanawa Mines part in one of the rooms. He's an NPC with quest marker asking for smooth eggs. Maybe dodo eggs or chicken eggs?

Does it show up with a quest market on the map? Cause otherwise I may be wrong about copperbell mines.

Yes, Ziggy shows up with a quest marker when you get near. I think you have to trade him one of each egg, possibly for the one cap the Dreamer NPC doesn't mention. I tried bringing him dodo eggs and nothing happened.

I believe it's 5,2 room in Nanawa Mines. There's a lot of bombs in the way so may be hard to get passed at under 30. I went with r45 and no aggro besides some stray skeletons.

The colour of egg the spriggan holds is the special egg you'll get. Hope that helps in your search ^^

talked to him and nothing, have more than 1 of every ele... must need the unique ones too :P So dont forget to get at least 2 of the unique eggs before you hand everything in hehe

the copper bell spriggs are found in the lower part of the mines, in the left part of the cave.
they're in a room with 45-49 aggro mobs (i forgot their name, some kind of bug it was)
