Yes you do, and that's only the preorder you wont get to play after this friday with that. You need to actual registration code. It was done that way to prevent people from just cancelling preorders after unlocking 30 days of game time, it's pretty standard. As long as you didn;t cancel your preorder you will get a new code in the email soon, or you can go to the site I linked to just look your code up.
