Thanks for your awesome help - but no, at the moment I am not seeing the character I am using in any of the accounts. The old account only have my old 1.0 characters AND ARR beta characters, while the new account has no characters at all.

Best bet is to wait then until one of them shows up with the character you want to keep playing as, then use that one.

Yeah I guess. I see no reason why the new character should show up on the new account tho - the pre-order items are on the old one, and that character was created obviously during the pre-order early access.

Best thing that could happen is just that I'll lose the 30 free days. No biggie, my fault for being in a rush (not really, SE fault for having such a confusing account management page).

I just don't want to lose my moogle cap. it's cute.
