No I am asking because usually when you sent in a ticket, you get a confirmation email that they have receive your ticket which is not the case here.

If it's any conciliation, my friend clicked the right button and he got a free Collector's Edition LOL. He only paid for a standard edition (from GMG)

This, and please white knights don`t give that usual crap "they are too busy working". It takes 1 minute to writte what the hell is going on or if they are addressing the issue.
