Uhmmm, I just tried to log in, and now the mog site is showing a maintenance message? Is anyone getting this atm?

I'm not. I have yet to see any activity on my account indicating that they might be changing something... I hope they hurry up and fix it. Let us know if something changes.
On the right where, i what page? i can`t see anything, is this on the FFXIV support center or the Square Enix support center (yeah, we have 2 of these...)
same for me, still can access Mog Station and it's showing the same thing, 2 service account. BTW did you guys get any email after submitting the support ticket?
on the square enix support page. http://support.eu.square-enix.com/?la=2
on the right it shows your account and then the active tickets, it should then show solved and unsolved tickets when you click on the link
No email. Also not seeing a character under Mog Station. Unfortunately I don't have the kind of faith others have in SE. I highly doubt they're fixing it.
Clongetty from Reddit actually got a hold of someone from SE and posted this.
Agent Daniel A: Hello and thank you for contacting SQUARE ENIX Customer Support. Just a few moments while I review your question, please.
You: Hi
Agent Daniel A: While I look over your ticket information, may I have your first name please?
You: XXXXXX
Agent Daniel A: Hi, XXXXXXX.
You: I received my activation code. I already registered my preoder code to my service called "FINAL FANTASY XIV 1"
You: and with my activation code I accidently clicked on "add new service"
Agent Daniel A: You registered your full copy of A Realm Reborn to the wrong service account, correct?
You: yes.
You: I wanted to register it to the service account 1 and accidently created a second one.
Agent Daniel A: Unfortunately, since this occurred before the release of the game, I cannot assist any further right now. Please go to http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...la=1&kid=68218, fill out the support ticket, and contact us back after launch.
Agent Daniel A: Are there any different issues I can assist you with right now?
You: the link you sent me refer to the Early access code
You: its not the early access code that I used incorrectly but the game activation code.
Agent Daniel A: This is the ticket needed at this time.
You: this service can take up to two weeks to process?!
Agent Daniel A: There is not timetable, but this is the necessary ticket if the game is registered to the wrong service account.
Agent Daniel A: I do apologize for any inconvenience.
You: is square enix taking any stance on this problem since it seems to happen to a lot of people.
Agent Daniel A: Our stance is that we can fix this after the proper release date. Again, I apologize.
Agent Daniel A: Anything else?
You: the release date is tomorow. If I submit a ticket to chat tomorow will I receive any support?
Agent Daniel A: We will better equipped to assist you then.
Agent Daniel A: Anything else?
You: no, thanks.
