Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

wait.. you mean on the mog page if I have Account Status FINAL FANTASY XIV 1 2 ... 1 lists 4 days left of EA.. then tab 2 has 30 days .. my characters are listed under tab 1. tab 2 says no characters. That means I'm screwed as well?

Same for me as well, I will be phoning first thing tomorrow morning (e-mail support ticket sent). The page is very badly laid out and no information or warning on the e-mail, login page or when actually doing it. All I and we can do now is cross our fingers at this point :-(

Yeap same boat as me. Join the ticket fun with support to get it fixed. You had to use the button that says "Add new Platform" to do it correctly.

Another victim here. The website is totally deceiving and unclear how to properly register your code. I've sent 2 tickets, just in case...But let me be clear i'm upset about the situation though.

The worst, the very worst thing about this, is that if you're sitting there thinking "Oh well - bollocks to it. I'll just nuke my EA account and start again", SE have hit us with a double whammy of not allowing us to start again on the same bloody server (in my case, sargatanas) where all your mates are settled and well on their way to artefact armour.

"Oh, but that's no problem!" Shouts SE, because of course, their world transfer will be available mid august, which they'll probably shaft us further by charging us for the honour. The upshot is that all my resources, all my progress and everything has gone to hell because of their ineptitude.

Of course, but can you imagine ever using these items?
