I bought my digital CE version through the North America Square Enix eStore.

It did not come with a CE code

It only came with the Early Access SKU code, which was used to redeem my early access rights.

Please clarify.

We have until 30th to input our product code, yet we have not received any such codes.

I'm currently looking at the mog station and am curious as to why only my jp server characters are showing up and neither of my NA are. Everything is registered correctly, (haven't registered collectors yet of course) , but is there a particular reason the NA characters are not showing? Is it because they were from beta?(yus I have logged on for roughly 11 hours all together) Or is it perhaps that the JP side is only one live atm? should I be worried about not getting my items from early access beyond?

I bought FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn online but am yet to receive my registration codes. Where are they?

If you purchased FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn from the Square Enix Store, your registration codes for the full version of the game will be sent out on the morning of launch day, August 27th.
If you purchased from another online retailer, please contact them for more information on your specific order.

same thing is happening to me... i only made the jap server charcter so i could still play while the usa/europe servers were down.. so guess im gonna wait til theres n announcement about it :P

So when I tried to add my pre-order bonuses I noticed that My 1st account /the one where I have an onion helm and all extras (supposed to be a 1.0 CE code)\ didn't said anything about being CE then I noticed my 2nd service account that i got a month after with a standard copy of the game said it was ARR CE.... so i went to SE support and they said they would answer in 2 days...that was the 22.So I also pre-ordered ARR CE but what will happen to my 1.0 CE wasn't that supposed to get CE bonus things... why did that service account didn't got anything while the standard did, really SE is just messing with me.

I purchased a Collector's Edition via the online download, and have only received my Early Access items as of yet. I wasn't given any code in my email to claim my Collector's Edition items either, yet I have seen a small number of players on my server whom do have the items. Is this another blunder on the company's part, or am I simply misunderstanding something?

I have also not received my CE items but was sent the moogle cap and cat sith doll.

Im lookin at my mog station and only my PC stuff is showing up WITH my new toon i made in phase 4. My question is why isnt my PS3 linked or better yet HOW do i link them so i can get the CE bonuses i paid for. PLEASE help, I am gettin the physical copy is that helps.

To clarify those asking about where their CE items are:

New users who purchased the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition
The registration code (PC) and promotion code (PS3) that you will need to register will be included inside your copy of the game when you receive it.
The pre-order code you redeemed grants early access and the two in-game bonus items (Moogle Cap/Cait Sith Doll minion) and not the CE items.

If you purchased via the PlayStation Network, the codes are already registered on the back end and will show up with connecting your Sony Entertainment Network account to your Square Enix account.

If you purchased a PC digital download edition, the retailer you purchased it from will send you your registration code when the game launches in your respective territory.
For your reference, the North American Square Enix Online store will send them out at 12 a.m. PDT.

So im guessing that next time i need to order the digital copy and not give SE the extra money to order the physical copy or you will be a day behind if you order from gamestop.... Duly noted, gamestop + SE = a Horrible combination. After i get my pre-orderd PS4 ill never step foot in there again.
