At least they could log in to attempt play. That fact alone makes the WoW launch better...Yes it was older hardware and indeed we should really be at a time where these problems should be at least far lesser then they are but that has nothing to do with what you said. What you said was a load of BS pain and simple. And you still doing it. The vast majority of ppl could not play so much as get from one end of a town to another at WoWs launch. Calling that "playing" is laughable.
Speaking of idiocy, I hope I am missing something here. I actually wanted to ask a question without bashing anyone (My husband was in Copperbell last night, a nice marauder + some other job BP dropped, he couldn't roll Need on it, why is that? His level was fine, and he's marauder, it went Greed to a thaumaturge who couldn't wear it, nor trade it)...
...except I apparently can't post. What? "New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough."
I have a 19 Arcanist, and as a result I can't post my own thread in general discussions on a forum (it was my only post in over 24 hours)? Wtf indeed, lol.
The fact that the "Europe" servers are in the SAME servers as tne "North America" servers and hold no ACTUAL advantage for european players at all not even ping time and are marked as such only because in the previous version of the game there were so FEW european players that they were often playing in deserted servers because of mismatched peak times that they had to label a server for EU so those guys could play together.
The fact that even the japanese servers are actually international and not region-locked and heavens above even my brazilian internet plays there with nearly no lag. also indicates that everyone could also make characters there instead of the servers labelled NA. SE believed there were enough people who would like to play in the JP-based servers, that as their only mistake, not thinking that their players are absolute morons
Back to your hole with you.... not the population counts, the number of customers counts. It might be disappointing, but the majority of players is japanese, while a minority is european - thats why theres only a few eu servers. Now shoo. :3
If you don't plan on supporting a part of your player base, you don't sell your product to the given player base. Seriously stop being an imbecile.
they need to increase server capacity not more worlds added
It is now oceanic prime time (21:00) and a rather "low latency" time in europe (14:00 GMT+2) and still the euro servers aren't working and the JP ones are.
This is so fucking ridiculous I can hardly find words for it. How to fuck can even the most stupid fanboy explain this favoritism towards a region in the world?
The amount of arrogance of SE towards the filthy gajins who apparently dont matter even when they make up a rather large part of the sales is just astonishing to me.
