Actually it can be that complicated, and it is. There's more to all of this than just one simple solution.

Go work in IT as an administrator for a few years, then your opinion will change.

And help desk tier 1 support doesn't count.

Um, well I do work in IT, as an admin and developer, and have done for more than 2 decades, and although auto-logout of parked/AFK users after a period of time isn't the complete solution, it would sure as hell help greatly.

P.S. those that start in tier 1 support and work their way up will become your boss one day, don't dis them.

You can shout what you want but humans are an ego centric race and will NEVER do that because they know their is a chance they wont get back in.

Cant blame them neither, its not their fault that lot of us cant play, SE have to fix it not USE US to fix it!
What we gonna do the next days? Make appointments on the forums when and who can log in...... ..... ......?

You know, increasing the server capacity is not an open-ended thing, at a certain point adding more capacity to a single server does nothing to help,you have to fork the server and split the population.
